Horgan Enterprises, Inc. is a commercial cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and snow removal company based in Brookline, MA. We have provided superior service to property managers or owners in Boston and surrounding communities for 50+ years. We grew by 30% last year. Horgan Enterprises HE is currently hiring a full time Supervisor for the Landscaping division of the company. We are expanding our operations and seeking an intelligent candidate who is looking to help the company grow. We currently run a profitable team focused mostly on maintenance work. The new position is tasked to expand our services to meet a demand from customers plus prospects who ask us to bid on work beyond landscaping maintenance work.



Responsibilities will include/not limited to

-Managing current landscaping crews and crew leaders -Selling landscape services to current and new clients from estimate to implementing new contracts -Deliver plans, manage teams, and execute field landscape projects profitably -Leadership on our snow removal team -You will report to our operations manager responsible for all field operations






Minumum Qualifications: Desired Skills

-Knowledge of landscape design and plant materials -Familiarity with turf management and irrigation -Sales experience - closing landscaping contracts -Physical ability to work in the field and meet minimum goals for billable work -Familiarity with relevant equipment, machinery, supplies, vendors, etc. in landscaping profession -Ability to work well with team, teaching/imparting skills for expansion -Preference given to candidates with English/Spanish fluency, but not required.
