Contractors Needed **NOW**

I'm interviewing contractors in the Lake Charles, LA and surrounding areas to repair and restore vacant foreclosed homes. All applicants should be appropriately INSURED.

We have very large REO contractor throughout the state of LA. Interested candidates should be able to do the following work.

1. Trashouts, cleanouts, and debris removal
2. Winterization, dewinterization, and plumbing pressure test
3. Grass cuts, hedge trimming, and *basic* landscaping
4. Snow removal
5. Vehicle removal (or have a contact to do so)
6. boardups or re-glaze windows
7 Modest repairs, inside and out
etc.

The objective is to restore a foreclosed properties so that it can be sold again. Candidates should have useful knowledge of the internet, know how to take and upload digital images to document job completion, and be able to get jobs done on schedule.
