Asset Management Specialist is seeking contractors in the S. AR area to repair and maintain vacant foreclosed properties

contractors should know how to ..

1. Trashouts, cleanouts, and debris removal
2. Winterization, dewinterization, and plumbing pressure test
3. Grass cuts, hedge trimming, and *basic* landscaping
4. Snow removal
5. Vehicle removal (or have a contact to do so)
6. Boardups or Re-glaze windows
7 Modest repairs, inside and out
etc.

Candidates should have useful knowledge of the internet, know how to take and upload digital images to document job completion, and be able to get jobs done on schedule.
