Landscape & Hardscape Foreman

Established landscape company of 20+years in Lancaster, PA is currently seeking a qualified Landscape/Hardscaping Foreman. Must have a positive attitude, leadership abilities, and able to address all aspects necessary for the installation of a landscape project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Outline work to be performed & goals of the project with members of the crew.
Work with the crew to install projects in a high quality manner.
Communicate progress & needs for the project with project manager.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients during a project.
Completely & accurately fill out documentation required.
Maintain a clean & safe job site at all times.
Supervise, direct, & coordinate all landscape activities.
Track and record all miles traveled & hours worked accurately.
