REALM is hiring for the position of Landscape Construction Crew Leader/Driver. This position supervises and supports a landscape construction crew, with unique and specific duties for each project. REALM provides the highest level of customer service and attention to detail, and our professionals must consistently meet or exceed company standards in fulfilling clients’ needs.

Responsibilities of Construction Crew Leader/Driver:

• Lead crew of 2"5 people
• Effectively communicate with clients, crew members, and division management
• Maintain the company's high standards for customer service, quality, and workmanship
• Display excellent working knowledge and skill set in AT LEAST four of the following areas:

Masonry
Pavers
Irrigation Installation
Irrigation Maintenance
Lighting
Planting
Misting Systems
Concrete
Decorative Steel
Welding (highly desired)
Grading and Excavation
Boulder and Rock Work
Water Features/Fountains
Landscape Maintenance


Qualifications for Construction Crew Leader/Driver:

• Experience managing and working in crews of three (3) people or more
• Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with leadership experience
• Demonstrable ability to read, understand and implement construction plans
• Great attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge of plant material and irrigation/care practices
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Valid driver license
• Good 39-month Arizona Motor Vehicle Division driving record
